Hydroponic Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hydroponic Technician to join our team. As a Hydroponic Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our hydroponic system.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain hydroponic systems, including irrigation, nutrient delivery, lighting, and environmental controls.

Monitor plant growth and overall health, identifying and resolving any issues related to pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.

Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, disinfecting, and calibrating equipment to ensure optimal system performance.

Harvest and package crops according to established guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency.

Keep detailed records of crop performance, including growth rates, yield, and any issues faced during the cultivation process.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in hydroponic systems and techniques.

Solid understanding of plant biology, including knowledge of nutrient requirements, pest control, and disease management.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to irrigation, lighting, and environmental controls.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of crop performance. -Physical stamina to handle the physically demanding aspects of the job, such as lifting heavy equipment and working in a variety of environmental conditions
